Full Description
This one-day course will update and renew instructors currently holding Iowa Law Enforcement Academy endorsement as defensive tactics instructors in new techniques and equipment. Practical and written examinations will be required. Required clothing and equipment will consist of ILEA Defensive Tactics Instructor Shirt or department polo/ training shirt, BDU style training pants, ballistic vest, athletic shoes, duty belt, handcuffs, and groin and mouth protection. No shorts or sweats please.

This will extend a valid endorsement for three years, expiring 12/31/2028.

Cost: $150
Agency will be invoiced after the event. ILEA does not accept pre-payment at this time.
