Full Description: ****NEW WAIVER REQUIREMENT - SEE BELOW****

This one-day event will recertify instructors currently holding Iowa Law Enforcement Academy certification as precision driving instructors in addition to introducing new training techniques reducing liability exposure for agencies. A practical examination will be given to satisfy academy requirements. Class enrollment is limited to twenty Iowa Law Enforcement Academy Certified Precision Driving Instructors. This will extend Instructor Certification 3 years.

Equipment Needed: Police vehicle (with lights), spare tire, and business casual dress code.

Agency will be billed after the event. ILEA does not accept pre-payment at this time.

**NEW WAIVER REQUIREMENT**
This training requires a liability waiver to attend. You must attach a dual-signed liability waiver, by both the enrolled individual and the agency head, to this registration in order to meet the pre-requisites for enrollment approval. If your waiver is not attached or not signed, your enrollment request will be denied. You cannot hold or save a spot for the training before you turn in your liability waiver.

The current liability waivers can be found in the Acadis Academy Resources Document Library. Please ensure you have selected and filled out the correct waiver, or your request for enrollment will be denied.
