This is an 8-hour course that INCLUDES the morning course, which is a pre-requisite. Do not register separately for the morning course.  

There are three requisites to becoming a Below 100 instructor:

1. Attendees must be active or retired, full-time, sworn law enforcement.
2. Attendees must be experienced presenters.
3. Attendees must attend a Below 100 course.
